We encourage our associates to participate in our health and wellness program. A group of volunteers, known as the Wellness in the Workplace Committee, focus on employee health initiatives including on-site fitness programs during the work day, reduced membership rates to area fitness centers, healthy snack and meal options, and wellness campaigns for prizes.
Our WISE Committee is a team of associates who plan, promote, and coordinate activities and events that encourage our people to interact and support local charities. From monthly birthday lunches and potlucks to golf outings and family picnics-we make it a priority to connect our employees and their families.
