OSI emphasized the importance of integrating family within the entire extended-stay experience. To discuss key issues and updates, BSI held regular bi-weekly project meetings on-site with the Construction Manager and numerous caregivers who would be working in the space after completion.
BSI met OSI’s vision for the project by completing it within the five-month time frame; using evidenced-based design in all aspects of the environment; and by providing a warm, personalized environment for patients.
