BSI can provide lighting layouts and specify the proper fixtures to meet all state and local codes, energy efficiency and usage guidelines, as well as aesthetic preferences.
Tracie Losch, LC, is a Certified Lighting Designer at BSI. Tracie focuses her attention on providing complete lighting layouts. She is proficient in developing lighting, photometric and emergency egress plans. Part of her design process is to work closely with architects, interior designers, account executives and electrical contractors to assure that the needs of each space are met. Tracie understands the energy codes and makes sure to consider not only aesthetics in her lighting choices, but that the most energy efficient sources and controls are provided. She has knowledge of numerous lighting manufactures and has developed strong relationships with the Representatives of those lighting lines. Furthermore, Tracie oversees the specification, pricing and ordering of all lighting products.
ART & ACCESSORIES
Kathleen Willer, BSI’s in-house art and accessories expert, complements our Design-Build-Furnish platform. With a Bachelor of Art Degree in Fine Arts, and over 20 years of experience in the art world, Kathleen has managed art galleries, consulted with clients and has created her own artwork. Working closely with clients and the BSI project team, Kathleen will help to create an inspirational environment; adding all of the finishing touches needed to complete a new or existing space.
As a value added service to our clients, Kathleen will recommend artwork and accessories to enhance your environment. From art prints to original art, Kathleen will combine your vision and budgetary requirements to create a space that exceeds your expectations.
